The Rentcars Customer Choice Awards is an annual recognition that highlights excellence in customer service among Rentcars’ partner rental companies. Rentcars is the largest online car rental platform in Latin America.

Gold Partner: average score between 8.0 and 8.9

The locations that achieve the highest ratings throughout the year are recognized by the Rentcars Customer Choice Awards! The classifications are defined as follows:

A minimum of 5 customer reviews on Rentcars is required for a location to be eligible for the award.

Platinum Partner: average score above 9.0

The Rentcars Customer Choice Awards is an annual recognition that honors customer service excellence among car rental companies partnered with Rentcars, one of the largest online car rental platforms in the world.

Renta store locations that achieve the highest scores throughout the year are recognized by the RCCA. Those maintaining an average above 9.0 earn the Platinum Partner title, the program’s highest mark of excellence. Also awarded are locations with an average between 8.0 and 8.9, which receive the Gold Partner title, and those with an average between 7.0 and 7.9, which are recognized as Silver Partners. In addition, a store location must have at least five customer reviews on Rentcars to be eligible for the title.

How to participate in the Rentcars Customer Choice Awards?

1. All partner car rental companies are automatically included, with no need for registration.

2. Customers make a booking through Rentcars, choose their preferred rental company, and rate their experience at the end of the rental.

3. Ratings are continuously reviewed throughout the year, based on the average scores given by customers.

4. In January, the highest-rated car rental companies are recognized with the Rentcars Customer Choice Awards title.

How to participate?
All Rentcars partner rental car companies are automatically included in the awards program, with no registration needed. Companies with an average score above 9.0 earn the Platinum Partner title, the program’s highest mark of excellence. Those scoring between 8.0 and 8.9 receive the Gold Partner title. To qualify, a company must have at least five customer reviews on Rentcars during the year.
How is the award delivered?
The award notification will be sent via email, including the digital kit for all winners. If you have not received our communications, please contact us at rcca@rentcars.com.
How is each rating calculated?
After renting from one of our partner car rental companies, Rentcars customers are invited to participate in a satisfaction survey, where they rate their experience on a scale of 0 to 10. Based on these ratings, we calculate each store location’s annual average.
